Ingredients: Fresh ginger root Water Honey (optional)
Directions: Peel skin off 3 inches of ginger using a knife or a spoon. Slice ginger into ~1/4" pieces. Add to 4 cups of fresh water. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5-8 minutes. Drink hot or at room temperature. You can also add 1/2 tsp honey for extra sweetness.
